Service Coordinator - Part Time
Accessible Space, Inc. a national nonprofit organization providing housing to seniors is seeking a Part time Service Coordinator for our beautiful 36-unit location in Bozeman, MT (N15th Avenue).
Hours: Flexible - but between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. As a Service Coordinator, your duties would include serving as a liaison between residents & the community resources and services. In addition, you will develop and deliver programs and services related to physical, social, and mental well-being to assist residents in maintaining the highest level of independence and self-sufficiency possible and market property to appropriate partners, agencies and communities who will benefit from ASI housing and all other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in related field, equivalent combination of experience and education may be substituted for a degree.
* Minimum Two years experience in the area of property management.
* Experience in social services delivery with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities.
*Demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and community resources appropriate to the resident population.
