Proposal/Marketing Coordinator Rapidly growing Bozeman, Montana-based national contractor is seeking a self-motivated Proposal Coordinator with 3 to 5 years of proposal experience. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field and possess a strong desire to grow both personally and professionally with each project. The Proposal Coordinator works closely with our Marketing Team, Business Development, Operations and Senior Management in the development of high quality, professional proposals, presentations and other marketing-related documents for heavy-civil construction projects. Successful candidate must be a highly organized self-starter with exemplary interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and possess integrity, a strong work ethic and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. Experience in engineering, construction, or architecture industries highly preferred. Must love linear thinkers – this is an engineering and infrastructure construction market. Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Adobe Creative Suite. With minimal supervision, responsible for independently researching RFPs and coordinating professional, thorough proposal production. Support Marketing team on proposals and take the lead on major/strategic efforts; coordinate and ensure compliance. Establish pre-production document management and file-sharing for proposal teams. Coordinate content collection with teaming partners and subcontractors, as needed. Exchange proposals/marketing information with team, both within and outside of the Company. Experience in updating and maintaining print templates, newsletters, company website using a Custom Content Management System, a plus. Responsibilities Working with bid teams to create presentations and traveling as necessary to assist the team with interviews Updating/editing the Proposal Library with the latest write ups Create / update / edit various materials, including but not limited to, resumes, project profiles and presentations, to be used within and outside of the company Managing and maintaining the corporate website and LinkedIn accounts Working with bid teams to create presentations Reformatting / editing various materials that currently exist as well as new materials.
