Crow Creek Construction is seeking a qualified Project Field Utility Superintendent. Applicants must have 3-5 years experience in earthwork, pipeline and street construction. Salary is based on experience.
A utilities superintendent is responsible for overseeing all operations and management for a utility company. Utilities superintendents are upper-level managers who are responsible for managing many aspects of the planning, construction, and daily operations of utility plants. They generally work for public, government-run utilities or private utility companies, and are responsible for budgeting and scheduling construction projects of new utility plants.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize utilities projects within available budget.
- Oversee implementation of and enforcement of safety policies and local and federal regulations.
- Write regulatory reports, communications, analytic reports and budget justifications.
- Work with stakeholders, contractors and unions to reach agreement and meet needs.
