Description
As a Project Manager at JH Builders’ Jackson office, you’ll oversee the project schedule, budget, and communication between the owner, architect, and contractors. Key responsibilities include managing project documentation, coordinating onsite meetings, and participating in estimating and invoicing processes.
Responsibilities
Management of project schedule & budget
Participation in the estimating & invoicing process
Coordinate onsite meetings and maintain active communication with the project team throughout the life of the project, including owner, architect, contractor, & consultants
Management of all project documentation, including Budget, RFIs, Submittals, Subcontracts, Change Orders, Pos, Shop Drawings, Punchlist, O&M Manual.
