Livingston Healthcare Administrative Assistant for Provider Services Full-time
In this position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Practice Manager and provider-related operations:
*Performs clerical duties as assigned by practice manager to include meeting agenda, minutes, policies, correspondence and other documents needed.
*Coordinates appointments, meeting, and conferences.
*Supports Practice Manager and Medical Staff activities including scheduling, templates, notifications, invoicing, license renewal, reimbursements, grand rounds and education, etc.
*Responsible for coordinating interviews, site visit and onboarding schedule for new providers.
*Assists in securing locums providers in various departments, to include contracts, scheduling, travel arrangements, invoicing, and onboarding.
*Coordination of medical student and resident rotations.
*Handles confidential matters concerning policies, practices, and physician information.
