Position: Front Desk Employee
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
- Manage guest accounts, including billing and payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process check-outs and handle cash or credit transactions.
- Ensure guest privacy and adhere to confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
