- Serves the clinical owners of the CTMS app and the vendor, particularly in ongoing support, software design, implementation, testing.
- Will be resp for providing workflow design and process support for end users of the CTMS.
- Coaches clinical users on the system functionality, how to integrate the CTMS to facilitate their daily work.

- Deep understanding of CTMS, related clinical systems capabilities, detailed understanding, able to independently apply that knowledge to properly respond to workflow situations.
- Exercises indep judgment when proactively or reactively addressing physician, clinical user issues.
- Function as active participant on the CTMS imple team, attend training to learn functionality of core CTMS modules.
- Coord data collection from clinical subject matter experts, to facilitate an enterprise design which will represent an improved clinical workflow and eliminates current state paper based processes, as applicable.
- Designs clinical workflows, in conjunction with clinicians workflows will focus on improved eff, incorporating quality initiatives, benefits.
- Participate in unit and integrated testing of the software to ensure that the design obj are being met.
- Dev of the user, leads training materials user training.
- Leads user activation support.
- Develops policies and procedures related to the use of the CTMS EMR software, in conjunction with clinical members.
- Takes an active role in the dev on boarding of process analyst staff. Performs routine on call rotation which inc 24x7 phone coverage.
- This role may encounter PHI as part of reg responsibilities.
- UH emps must abide by all req to safely and securely maintain PHI for our patients.

Bachelor Degree RN, RRT, RD, PT, Pharm prof lic preferred 4 years of clinical process workflow or clinical application system exper or combination req.
